Care Team

LightBridge Hospice & Palliative Care is an RN-owned hospice, so as we engage qualified hospice professionals to join our team, we make a point of looking for individuals who share our vision for hospice care and who will support the LightBridge mission: to assist our patients to move through the last stages of their lives with grace, strength and hope. 

At LightBridge, our knowledgeable team of specially trained hospice professionals works to continually maintain a personalized program of care that meets each patient’s unique needs. We coordinate our services to complement the care already being provided by family, friends and the medical professionals our patients know and trust.

Our staff works collaboratively with one another, as well as the other healthcare professionals and caregivers involved with our patients. As a team, we offer comfort to our patients by providing relief from the pain and symptoms of their illness.  We also make a point of respecting their personal preferences and wishes. Our staff has the greatest respect for one another and that respect carries over to the patients we serve.
